Re: Ford Endeavour 4x4 - The Offroad Saga

Hi , your endy is really inspirational for people like me , who still have this dream of owning a butch SUV , great pics and write up , pls do share the costs involved.probably Ford india can take up an inspiration from your mods and launch an extreme variant or atleast offer these as accessories.

Hey - I think I saw you on ORR (19-11-2013 or 18-11-2013), at the first signal after marathahalli. We did exchange a brief smile and node but if I knew you where a Team-BHP member, I would have said hello for sure. (I was on my Honda Unicorn - the guy with riding jacket, gloves, kneecaps etc)

Your endy looks fab - I was totally awed by the looks.

Yes, that was me. Thank you for the comments.

Like you guys have read before, I was contemplating adding a body lift. well here it is. standing 3 more inches tall.

the other vehicle is a BMW X1

Ford Endeavour 4x4 - The Offroad Saga-1510583_735681453122516_21285822_n.jpg

Ford Endeavour 4x4 - The Offroad Saga-1554392_735681909789137_1136400104_n.jpg

The vehicle is currently running 265/70 x16 inch Yokohama Geolandar ATS.

I have sold my old MT tires and Rims since they were kindof worn out.
still deciding which Tires to get.

31x10.5R 15 MT tires which will give me better articulation or go nuts like Vishnu aka endeavour333 and get 33 inch MT?

and you see the change in bumpers. well after the body lift, my old bumper wont fit anymore. so need to make a new winch mount and a new bumper. the vehicle goes back into the workshop on Monday to get these.
also addition will be a solid steel rear bumper with a tow hitch.

apparently people at Ford do not believe in giving a rear tow point for the endeavour.

It's about time to change the belt. You never know when it'll hit you hard with a massive cost and any moment.

How old is the car? If its less than 4 years you should be able to safely push to 90k kms. If it is more than 5 years, definitely worth changing.

The Endevour in my books has huge presence and your revamped ride is making the cross over appear like a sedan. The stance is huge, massive.

How is it mile munching?
