Nissan Jonga! Can I have some details about this monster truck?

Well my neighbour owns one, looks great the sheer size of it scares the hell out of everybody, it is huge in height and good looking with alloys , MM550 looks puny against her

after looking at wind screen & curved side body panels ,
i think it is modified a little bit .
(at least the body)

That is not a Jonga.
Its a UAZ369, if i am not mistaken.

Are you sure it has a 2 speed gearbox?? Or are you confusing it
with the 2 speed transfer case?

Oh, thanks for the clarification

. it IS a UAZ-469. And yes, i guess he meant the 2 speed transfer case.

No sir, this is indeed a Jonga , It was bought like the one you see in the original pics and then alloys were put on, some modification to the body and a custom made bull bar was put, that makes it look like some other vehicle

As for the 2 speed gearbox I am not sure as I have not driven it ...so this might be a mistake from my part , I apologize if it is wrong info.

Sorry For all the wrong info, I seriously messed it all up, actually the truth is the car is registered as a Jonga , but its was a UAZ bought from a scrap dealer, with no official papers.so it was as a Jonga.

Yes Rahul, that is very much a Uaz369. Its one amazing vehicle. The green Uaz posted in this thread is my Uncle's in Jaipur. Only difference is that he's got a 2.8LT Isuzu diesel with 4WD installed.

The sheer size does make a 550 look small.
