If you haven't yet driven your mechanic to drink yet, maybe you can get him to go underneath with some wrenches and just tighten everything up.

I would want him to check the entire exhaust system to see if it is loose. This is a safety concern, too, carbon monoxide is dangerous stuff.
Also have him check the body mounts. These are bolts with rubber donut things that hold the tub to the frame. Often rubber bushings rot away with age. You might also give your dashboard a few good raps with your fist to see if it is loose. Check the tightness of the fuel tank and filler pipe.

Be forewarned, Jeeps rattle.

Start Button

Starting the jeep with the ignition key feels a bit tight and I nearly broke my ignition keys. As a remedy, I have decided to use the key just to switch on and thereafter use the start button to start the engine. Presently, the jeep has a press button at the side for the horn, which will be used as a press button to start the engine. The horn connection will be resorted to the steering center

Suggestions for the Tyres

Dear Members
can you please suggest a good tyre ,apart from the NDMS to go with this rim. It presently has 6.00 x 16 tyres
