Watch this space Nitrous, Sharat does come up with good ones. Now that he's got a nice jeep with Bling Alloys, the next must be a tyre upgrade before any thing else I'd guess. The last I heard was he was looking at the Mudzillas!

Just got the Jeep from AOS today, not planning on any big ticket upgrades for few more months. Besides, I am yet to install some item I bought last month.

Use your imagination / creativity to fabricate one here!!!

What I have in mind is to fabricate a small MS rod, with a loop / clamp at the free end, which holds the tube, and the other end is fixed to the vehicle's body - or some fixed, non-vibrating part. Little ingenuity and you can anything else in place of MS.

Edit:- Once I even used black (hair) ribbon to prevent such a flexible hose from vibrating. ;-)

I don't think the red electric lead coordinates well with your dark green and polished metal motiff.

Specs please.

Yeah, I am planning to put black tape around it.

Those MGE stickers didn't come off easily, left lot of paint on the body.

Now, the Winch model is Ramsey REP 8000

Specifications: | Ramsey Winch |

This is the first DIY I did on the Jeep and it worked perfectly.

I have already given the link to the specs. Now I have to slowly get familiar with using the equipment.

Well, the CJ340 has never felt inadequate in those departments until now. I don't think one should mod unless the need is felt.

Samurai, The jeep looks 'complete' now and the winch is like icing on an already beautiful CJ340.

So you are now all set to go into areas alone by yourself and the winch will be there to your rescue.

Also, do get the other 'accessories' that will come in handy along with the winch.
