I was actually laughing out loud as I drove at the irony of the whole thing. I don't know what the super expensive warn lights can do over this. These were just 390 bucks each.
Samurai, you owe me one for recommending these. I think you saved a hell lot of money here I told you that I had seen them in action and they were brilliant in what they do.

Shahnawaz, I have to thank you for the recommendation. At Ozone they didn't even know whether the fogs they were selling were spot or wide beams, yet they expected people to buy paying 20k.

At first this looks like a simple request. But when I walked out with the camera, I realised I can't use any priority modes or automatic mode since they will change settings according to the given light. So I had to use Manual mode which doesn't change shutter or aperture depending on the TTL reading. Since it is dark, I also to had to kick up the ISO to 2000, kept the aperture at F/2.8 and speed at 25. Therefore the camera settings remained absolutely same under different light conditions. I was standing next to the right front wheel.

Two more pictures please?

Sharath, can you add two/four more pictures to complete the set?
  1. Only headlamps on low beams
  2. Only headlamps on high beams
And if possible two more pictures showing the side coverage with reference to your mirrors with only the headlamps on low & high beams.

I should have done that yesterday, I'll do it again if possible. BTW, does anyone think my low beams are too concentrated at point. Shouldn't that spread out a little?

Here you go, it is exactly where the red arrow is pointing. The yellow board of Jann's on second floor is visible from far. Their number is 41234490/41238598.

Wow!
  1. perform well (good lighting and look robust)
  2. look good (not too big or flashy)
  3. cheap
A really good find.

Wanted to know, do they also have these in yellow (or is it possible to find a yellow filter for them) as it will offer better visibility and penetration in fog. If yes then Samurai-san should probably have a set of normal and a set of yellow (like he had before with the round ones).

There is a 550 here in town that sports these same JCB lights.

He also has a similar one in yellow. Will try to get a picture.
