Congrats on getting the Manual! Could you please elaborate on the differences. Just a little curious to know.

The additional differences between the two would be the front and rear tow hooks. The rear hook would be the lockable types.

The complimenting trailer trolley had the same size of tyres and wheels. The other trailer is a 1KL water bowzer. The tow hooks on the trailers were so designed that they provided automatic brakes as the vehicle slowed down or stopped. The only disadvantage was difficulty in reversing, as the brakes automatically locked up.

The other difference was the horn switch in the centre of the steering wheel which has NISSAN written in hindi(it spelt NISHAAN) as also the logo on the bonnet which also was written in hindi.

You are not talking about the woodlands drive in are you !?
I thought that was his work parking lot.

Fancy him parking his jeep without a lock and a care in the world !?
I guess there is a certain demeanor which makes his rides too intimidating even for a crook to lay their hands on !

Woodlands drive-in is unfortunately closed; it is now a part of the Horticultural society.

Hmmm.

If you want to see more of these Dodge Power Wagons, there're a number of them running in Iceland, heavily modded - spacers, 34" or larger tires, 2 psi air pressure, the whole nine yards - to run in snow and slush. There're interesting pictures on the 'Net of the whole convoy crossing a river; not much by way of road in sight. Apparently these were US World War II surplus.

There're more Power Wagons running in the US of A, of course, in various stages of maintenance. Most are utility support vehicles; run by power companies, telcos, and the like.

Could send you pictures OR url's if you're interested.

Doubt

Is that a battery box out there, outside the engine bay?? What purpose does that serve?
