Fazal, Thats a beauty of a jeep. I wonder how in Hyderabad you have these spotless MM540/550's available.

If possible, can you post the specifications of your Jeep. Is this an Army spec one?

BTW, your jeep is very similar to kittigadu's jeep -- his is black in color and also from Hyd

Kitt's Jeep

PS: The wheels of your jeep look very good man.

yeah I was also one of them and was really eager to see the photos. This is probably the 1st type of 540 which does have some good modifications yet so originally attached to its stock appearance. Great possession man and really nice colour combinations. and yeah, do post some more pics including the interiors. Wherefrom you sourced the tailgates and how much they cost you?

Congrats... for the beauty. Yes its got a classic look and I would prefer it that way, no alloy shalloy, maybe a couple of hellas would do, but overall aestheticwise very nice.

Hi fazal,
Lovely looking jeep. Not overdone, very purposeful and full of character!!! Go ahead with xd3p conversion and this will be army spec vehicle. Great job. I would have liked army spec round tail lamps in place of bolero onces now. Also side seats or a cross seat with roll bar would give some safety to the rear passengers.

I truly liked your jeep. Btw do you stay on extension of bajara hills rd no 10? I remember seeing this jeep on my visit to hyd some time back:-)))

regards

vinod

Hope you guys like it.

Parm,
These fibre fender extentions are stock OEM only on army jeeps and the "Legend", if you have picked one from the army disposal and if that particular jeep had them on, it is possible, or I have no idea how apart from the above mentioned.

Kandisa, Do you mean the tail lamps? if so they are Bolero tail lamps and they are inexpensive, all you will be spending on is getting the body recessed for them to fit in.

Hi Vinod,
Agree with you 100% reg the tail lamps, had the body not been altered to fit the housing of the Bolero tail lamps, first to go wouold be these lamps and the round ones would be in it's place on the rear bumper, the same week I bought this jeep 2 years back.
I dont stay at Banjara Hills but about 4 kms from there, Everyday my work takes me there and around, next time you are here we'll ride in it together.
