MM540 from Hyderabad

Dear 4X4 Friends,
My MM540, many from our forum wanted to see the pics after veiweing it on my avtar so here I am attching some pics of the same.
I wanted to maintian the Mahindra character here, so most things in and on it are Mahindra originals. It has a 540 engine but soon I will be replacing it with a XD3P and mating it with a 5 speed 4WD Bolero gearbox.
When I bought this vehicle it had regular 540 looks and the paint job was done by the previous owner, however all else is done by me including the leather upholstery, foldable rear single seat, fender extenions, headlamp and indicator lamp guards, army wheels and tyres, rotating spot light, blackout lamps, grip handles, reflectors, top, conversion to 4 wheel drive, entire suspension, etc.
Hope you guys like it.
Regards,
Fazal

Nice pics and yeah quite like it. Alloy wheels would have spoilt the old classic look and appeal of the vehicle. But what's that net kind of thing doing infront of the grill? A matty black headlight rims would have perhaps looked nicer.

Very nice pics Fazal and the white color suits the 540. I guess the wheels are from a Land Rover, right?

very tastefully done jeep, maintained with love and emotions.

wheels are standard indian army fitments along with the tyres.

this is the ONLY jeep on T-BHP forum, i repeat...ONLY jeep with the best looking and best fitted tail-lights.

there is one more jeep from Hyd, which has individual round tail-lights, but this is the BEST i have seen.

way to go dude......some photos of the interior as well as proper rear photo!

Fantastic jeep mate. Very tastefully done. I am guessing that this is indeed the army version.

Where do you buy fender extensions for these? I saw a government mm550 today and it had them also. They are not stock OEM, are they?
