awesome pics Randeep!!
Sure makes me want one myself. Just wanted to know how the Isuzu 2.4L has been holding up. Do you think its sufficiently powerful or do you think its obscenely powerful?

Am very keen on starting my jeep mod project in next few months and one of the things i am really keen is to have an extremely powerful engine with decent cruising abilities! Going by your thread and Arjun Rudra's I find the 2.4l Isuzu and the 3.6l Toyota (from Arjun's) as very exciting options. Would love to know your views on power/driveability/refinement

Cheers,
Adi

Hi Adi,
My Isuzu is holding up real well. The Isuzu has got amazing low end torque and cruising ability. Engine sound is less and advantage of a 5th gear.

The 3.6l DCM Toyota engine oozes with power and is good for cruising also. The Isuzu cannot even be compared to it. After Allan told be about the engines performance Toyota 3.6 is the engine for me in my next build. But if you are not going to be climbing hills and crossing rivers all the time, then I would suggest the Isuzu engine as its quite, refined, good top speed, good fuel economy, enough power to survive all NIOC offroading events.

Cheers !!!!

Hi Randeep,

Excellent jeep man! Its really looks superb now. The only mods I would like to suggest you to change the front grill to a Wrangler one. Try to get an old grill from any source.... Once you do that, its complete then...

Congrats Randeep I see that you are putting the steed to good use.

IMHO the color is a bit dark but in general the jeep looks awesome.

Happy jeeping dude!

Well worth the wait by the look of things. Love the colour and the brute macho look.

Might be worth replacing the recovery rings on the front bumper with army bow shackles to make it look even more of a monster.
