Hi Sali,

My brother has arranged these from a scrap buyer who buys Total Loss vehicles from Toyota. Basically these are not new but somewhat used and taken from accidented vehicle.

Hey Tarkesh, You seem to be striking some sweet deals. Do share pics of the Innova seats in place!

Were you able to source the set of lights and radio?

Good News!!!

Hey Guys,

Good News!! On auspicious occasion of Dusshehra I took my Jeep home. My parents didnt know about this project (8MOnths) and it was pleasant surprize for them.
Now they came to know that after coming home on weekends where I used to spend my hours of weekends.

Attached are the pics of the Jeep before I took it home.

Good job. The colour looks great.

You didn't get around to fixing the right side drooping? Or is it my eyes?

Everything else looks great but the Canopy is spoiling the looks a bit, it looks to be a shabby job and its not even fitting very well.IMHO

Nope, mine see the same.

Why dude? Ignored for now? Or missed? Looks more like fender OR TUB drooping than the chassis sagging over the leaf...

Hi santosh/Spitfire,

will check it . Santosh I think you are right , it looks like Fender drooping a bit in that pic but when we saw on the even floor , it was not like that. Maybe it is visible in pic so better check it.

Dear Sunny, The Canopy is not fully prepared as I wanted and the seating as well. I wanted to take the jeep to home on an auspicious day so I took it as it was . The final result of the Roof will be much different than this.

Next 2 weeks I will not make any changes to Roof till I get jeep registered. then after I will make it just like I wanted.

Congrats Tarkesh,

You must exited to finally take your jeep.

The jeep looks neat man. The glossy green looks amazing with the camouflage canopy. Man do post more pics of the interior.

Congrats Tarkesh. The paint job is good. Please change the canopy ASAP as everybody has suggested, it ruins the looks. Your parents must have been really amazed at your "secret project" . Please do post some more pics soon.
Hopefully It will be my jeep in this forum to complete next. trying hard to get the delivery by this weekend. Electrician went back home just before the durga puja and hence all works stalled. Once its taken care of then the seats and the canopy willl be done in one day.
Regards...Saikat

Thanks Santosh,

Below are some old pics but you can get some idea about the seating arrangement.

Thanks Saikat/Nishant / Sunny

The Canopy will be same as this camoflage but I am doing it properly , as I mentioned in my earlier post this will be there only till I reister my Jeep(next 1-2weeks). After that I am doing this canopy again as I wanted.

Congratulations on your jeeps home coming!! It is really looking good. I just saw the first and last page of this thread to realise how long has your jeep come up to.

p.s- Your silencer is hanging too low. Please get it restored to its original height. The present one will get damaged during an off road.
