Thats one very good looking gypsy after a very very long time.
Simple clean lines, nice color, awesome interiors, tall macho tire profile.
Very good job.
Congratulations.

What the!!! Its awesome. Stunning job. Absolutely brilliant. Specially that first snap of the final job came suddenly. I was gawking, couldn't believe my eyes. Still can't. Wow. Share the costs involved if you do not mind. I am going to subscribe to this thread so one day when I make my own Gypsy, it'll be like this. I don't know what more to say though I feel like admiring it a lot, my wife says I have limited vocabulary.

@rmonie

You have really tempted me to the core to go for a Gypsy!

Really am thinking of it since I saw the pics. If possible, can you let me know all the details about this vehicle? Cost involved, mods done, where did you had it done etc. I seriously now thinking of getting a Gypsy and getting it mod in the same lines. I really am in search of an offroader that can also take me on the highway. 550 was the first priority and that will be done anyways. But Gypsy too. Actually I think I want everything.

Cheers!

Amazing gypsy.
My personal opinion, it would have looked more killer if the overall length is shorter by chopping off the rear overhang.

Ah! Nice looking Gypsy! Could do with a better set of alloys,IMO.Tires are rugged, and better looking alloys would make the Gypsy more mean-looking!

The Rest

I am not going into a detailed list of what has been replaced / changed but broadly speaking here goes:

1. Engine - Carb overhaul, Decarb, Headers, FFE, Drop in Air Filter, Distributor Cap & Rotot, plugs etc. Compression was good on the engine hence did not need to go further.

2. Suspension - Replaced all, except leaf springs which were re-cambered.

3. Electrics - wiring harness replaced with all lights/ most relays.

4. Transmission - cleaned up, oils replaced. No Problems found.

5. Interiors - New look alike front seats, upholstery, carpeting, roof lining (cabin), insulated soft top, rear roll bar, dashboard, replumbing for a/c.

6. Tyres - Maxxis Trepador, replacing Dueller HT(don't ask!)

7. All metal exsiting & new have been anti rust & primered before painting. New custom front & rear bumpers.

Thats it.

Design - Almost entirely Autopsyche's.
Execution - Autopsyche

Thank you all for the bouquets & suggestions.

@rmonie: Mean yet clean looking Gypsy you got there man...Congratulations!

What I Like : The roof line, the paint, the finish of the alloys, interiors ( momo drool...) and the impeccable body work.

IMO The Gypsy needs new headlight units.
