@ Wicked
Thats the PTO used in the earlier fire brigades. You can source them in Mayapuri though i think you'll have to look hard. Be careful of the spline count, as the xfercase input gear teeth are different for the T90 and the Kmt90 garbox and hence the PTO meant for one type of gearbox would not work on the other.

@Alfa
I'am curious since even i'am working on the same kind of water-proofing project. Please do share with me how you intend to go about it, so maybe i too can get a few ideas from you. How do you intend to water-proof the major electricals like the self-starter and battery clips, and the steps you thought of taking for preventing water from getting into the axles, gearbox, etc, aside from the snorkeling. Thanks

HI Alfa sorry i forgot this in the earlier post, where did you get the LSD from and how much did it cost you and also the cost of the PTO.

I found the PTO in Mayapuri at one shop which had heaps of jeep gearboxes and TCases. The problem is that no one undersands what one is looking for when one asks around for a PTO. You will have to check the TCase input gear for PTO compatibility. I picked it up for 5K.

The LSD is standard on the army 550, but on most of the auction jeeps the clutch packs are worn out.

Water proofing project will be implimented next year. I will use silicone, rubber paint, dielectric grease and compressed air to keep water out of stuff.

The indicators were mounted so as to keem them out of harms way. As I cut the front mudguards, I lost the mounting for the OE side indicators, which are useless anyway.
