has anybody got the army gypsy/jeeps from the auction?

Please let me know the procedure ,i believe we need to pay 10000 as non refundable deposit to bid to the lots.

is it truly an auction or brokers play their game here also?

Any scrap dealer registered on MSTC should be able to help you guys get auction vehicles.

Thank you kaushik.

I have a clarification. If we find a scrap dealer registered with MSTC and ask him to bid for a lot.does the registration happen on the dealers name and then transferred to our or does it get registered on ours directly?

i have found a dealer but he has not done any army auctions so far so nor he or me know the procedures for the registration.

Thanks in advance!

Army Discard dealers in Mayapuri

Hi Guys,

Things are getting quite desperate here. My search for a 1 Ton / Jonga is not yielding the desired results. I have tried leveraging help of my Army friends, but that too has not been effective.

So I am left with very few options but to try and get a decent deal at Mayapuri .

Can anyone help me with contact numbers of a reliable dealer (if such a thing exists) in Mayapuri who I can contact before making a trip from Chandigarh to Delhi.

Look forward for some useful inputs.

Regards

Jaskirat

Hi V-16,

Thanks for your reply, but I would prefer if someone could just share with me contact number(s) of a dealer / dealers that they might have dealt with in Mayapuri.

Well the army issues papers in the name of the SD. and the rto would reg the vehivle only in the name of the person the papers have been issued. So you become the 2nd owner.

You can try working it out with the RTO guys if you wanna try your luck.

Mayapuri Dealers

Hi V-16,

Refer the recent message that I had posted asking for contact details of dealers in Mayapuri. Since it was related to Army disposal vehicles, the message was moved and made part of an existing thread on old army vehicles.

Now my query has got lost among other discussions in the forum, and I have not received any specific feedback to my query. I think it is prudent to actually review the post before it is moved purely on account of being on the same subject. IMO, intent too has to be considered before moving the thread.

Regards

Jaskirat

If he is charging 20k per lot , I need to gather up guys who would also pitch in to buy the other machines.
OT: Are the bulls supplied to the Armed forces any different to the ones sold to civilians?
