Cross posting this from another thread as it holds as much relevance for the offroad community. Very many gypsies (as recent as 2009 models), several Ford endeavors and one jeep too.

My father have been discharged from hospital day before yesterday. Thanks for your wishes.

Have sent you the documents on your email. Email will be little heavy as i did not have editing software available at the moment and was short of time

Hi all,

I would be very much interested in picking up one of them,since it is a LOT of two Vehicles.

Please reply if anyone is interested for the second Vehicle so we can bid together.

If anyone has inspected these please post details and pics of the same.

Hi all,

its 11:52 Pm - got a call from one of my friend that there are two 4x4 MM 550XD's ( one is 2000 and other 2002 Model ) , from lot of fellow jeep enthusiast threads here i understand about the condition of the military auction Jeeps and the work afterwards.

did anyone happen to get hold of any of them recently , please advice on price point, hoping Jeeps are in descent condition

That's the lot whose details have been posted on this thread. The prices for that lot will be quite high. Many dealers would be bidding for the lot.

Do you mean for that " LOT " particularly ..??

I see there are many others in this Auction, is there any difference between them and other 550's in other LOT's ..?

I have posted Lot no 20 from the same Auction. Both the Jeeps are 2002 models. I Assume you are bidding for lot 47 which has a 2000 and 2002 models. You should Inspect the vehicles before bidding. Dont blindly bid based on the Models you may end up loosing money.

Do these kind of auctions happen in Bangalore or anywhere in Karnataka for that matter? I am interested but do not want the hassle of transporting it to Bangalore then re-registering etc. etc. A vehicle procured locally would solve all my issues.

Saw a 2000 model army 550 in the acutioned condition at Babu's auto garage near Lalbagh main gate. Its the first garage after the Gujri lane for Commercial tucks.

If i remember correctly, he was asking for 2.1L including registartion and engine in starting condition.
