(OT: interesting to see 'Toledo, Ohio' mentioned on the Willys. I used to visit the city very often,since my University was just 25 miles from Toledo).

To be honest, there are few non-original parts, but all in all it looks great. I understand that is resulted by lack of original parts, the same problem I have. Although not original, I like the headlights (I assume those are Mahindra ones). Windshield, steering wheel and few things also not original.

Somewhere else on this board I think I've seen a build-up thread for that strange looking Willys in the back. It's actually a HAND BUILT Willys MA, only few original known to exist.

Quality is not a question, these men know what they're doing.

can you guys tell me what is the petrol tank capacity on willys,
what kind of mileage / liter we talking

can the jerry can, be restored like the regular petrol tank , my mechanic told me its corroded inside it needs some chemical treatment, what kind of treatment is usually required.

Right on. The airfilter is a bit noisy on this engine though. Old memories!
