Great Work Amar !! Shows how much effort has gone in the rebuild. Your ride looks better than new. Do post about your trip to Leh.

Great work buddy!!! The gypsy looks great and new!!! Actually with the kind of money we guys spend more than 50% of the price of a new vehicle itself and the kind of hardwork that goes into something like this the outcome has to be good!!!

Best of luck with your leh trip!!!

Thanks Harjeev,
At the end of the rebuild i was asking myself, i would have been better buying a new one. One suggestion though, never start your rebuild project in summer unless you want to reduce your weight

Thanks Ankit,
Regarding weber carb I shifted back to stock carb as i had to upgrade air intake to get real output from it, didn't had enough time to work on it. Will do it in next phase.

Summary: pickup is awesome if you don't mind the fuel consumption.

Thanks Gurpreet,
I am thinking of going with 3 spoke deep alloys but gheri is still ok with stock rims as color of gypsy is quite eye catching

Hi NIP,
I think i will get another set of LF lights for gypsy , right now i am very happy with them on my endeavour. I will post the interior pics soon as some work is still left like carpet and sealing the engine firewall with insulation.

Congrats on the build. Looks good.

I see that you have "Dominator" tyres. What size and what price?

Thanks @ gonewithwind, right now they are with tubes but once i switch to alloy's they will be tubeless.

Regarding driveability of these tyres, i don't have any issues as power steering doesn't make it hard.

Your gypsy looks very nice, how did it costed you after all the paperwork??

Amar

Any specific reason you chose 275/60 profile for the tyres? why not 235/75?
