Allan just a small question , your gypsy is now running with Baleno engine , is it endorsed in RC book . is it a new or used engine? if used how much procure it for?

just asking because im planning for a baleno engine swap too

IIRC Allan's Gypsy was never SPOA, only body lift to accomodate the bigger tires. Looks incredible and ultimately, the increased GC is what makes the difference. The 1.6 motor adds torque and the way Allan's Gypsy crossed some of the obstacles "crawler" style really made my mouth water.

Allan the custom made shackles look double the length of the original shackles . Am i right . Is it a straight fit or some other mods have to be done ? and how much would widened gypsy rims cost ( i.e if you are planning to mass produce them and sell it ) . allan you may think im asking too many questions , your mods are great so asking the expert

It is a straight fit. Lenght is 2" in allans Gypsy, I guess.

Above 2" is not recomended too.

As already mentioned its 2 Inches. Use the below link to get all the Gyans about Shaclke lift on Gypsy's.

my blue gypsy was never an spoa,
shes running added leafs and a shckle life
my shackles are my own design after some trial and error based on designs for the web
my rear shackle is L shaped
Shall post pictures soon

Also its time for a roll cage before the big EXAMM event in mumbai so that work starts on monday, shall keep posting pictures

Allan, I would just like to know one thing, Have you used the stock 1.0 differentials or have you upgraded them to the 1.3 ones? Is the T case the same or is that also something from another car ? Thank you.
