could any one identify this M&M vehicle?

i think its one of M&M Max cabs turned into an Army Ambulance!

the wheel rims are not our favorite wheels rims, but from Major!

the tyres are sandgrip, but look bigger!

The plastic facia is borrowed from the Mahindra Maxx pik-up. However, the loading bay is from the Mahindra Pik-up.

+1 to that! This is a Mahindra Pik up single cab with a ambulance body built on to the loading bay. The loading part is air consitioned. The rims are not that of Major. They are from Army NGCS 550. The tyres are 7.50 16 sand grip.
This vehicle had XD 3p engine with kia gearbox, but now it is supplied with MDI3200 tc engine to meet emission norms.

This pick up had slight modification on chassis with lowered spring bed so as to accomodate
bigger tyre.

p.s Sumo ARMY Ambulance looks far more purposeful that this one IMHO.

Its indeed a Mahindra Pickup truck. Even the rims are common with this vehicle. I have seen few commercial vehicles with the same rim having two sets of hollows together.

Infractions: 0/2 (8)

could be Mahindra Pikup or Armada with the plastic bits in front
also could be an ambulance version of the Festara which is used for people transport in the rural/ semi rural areas of India.
