![]() Ah - So this is what Arjun meant when he said to me that you had done 'something' in place of a traction bar - but he cldnd put it in words. Thats a very nice idea Allan, awaiting to see how much wrap that mod can avoid...

Rotating the diff improves drive line axle. You had suitably stiffed the leaf springs, that is what cut the wrap 80%. Another trick is to make Longer Leaf Spring Perches (Leaf Support) Front & Rear Axles to reduce axle wrap. The Catch is with the Front Axle Drive Line angle, if you cut and rotate then it will change the King Pin Inclination & Caster, and you will have to rotate the knuckles. ![]() Cutting and Turning The Ideal way is to push the engine gearbox assy back by 6-8 inches, or use the MM FC Van Front Diff Housing they are angled for SPOA. ![]() Axle Wrap - BamBar - Ultimate Anti-Wrap Solution - Jeepaholics Anonymous Regards, Arka PS - You are a professional; First Safety and then Reliability.

What were the costs involved? Do you not want to put up the break up so it will help others also have an idea if they can afford it. (Like me)! |
