this vehicle was purchased by me directly from the army auction alomg with 15 other,
vehicle was thoroughly overhauled in all terms before being offered to arjun
it was a running 550

the engine also was procured by us based on arjun's choice from the available,
and what a choice it was
she drives like a dream.

wont mention any costs for now,

but she is well worth the wait

hopefully she will be on your doorstep arjun on the day your exams end

Hi,
Thinking abt the colour for some time..i personally love the orange since it suits theme of the jeep ,bcoz this is meant to be a modern jeep unlike a willys.Anyways i feel the orange makes it stand out.

.Have 3 more days to give in the suggestion. As of now the default color is orange.

Have seen a shade chart in allans previous mm550 thread.will post the picture of that shade chart immd.

How about the sixth color from the central switch board in the second row. (near the sky blue) No 5 from your right hand side, second row.

More subtle. However considering the progress of work and the engine chucked in I presume you want a more wilder color and orange is more like it. Red looks good on a jeep to.

You need to be driving this color for at least 5 years now, choose wisely.

Hi Arjun, you are one lucky guy. Your going to really love this jeep or should i say beast or should i say ???????? just cant get words to explain it. I was and still am totally totally blown away by the performance of the jeep. She wheel spins in all gears, she drifts like a rally car on turns and she also crawls over steep inclines like a walk in the park. I was really lucky i visited Allan's workshop on saturday he was testing the jeep and asked me to jump in the co-drivers seat, but at the end of the drive i just could not believe how the jeep had performed. Ill tell you guys whatever i could write about it is very little but the end line would be "see it, feel it and i am sure you believe it",She is wolf in sheep's clothing. Cheers Allan you made my day.

Hi Arjun looking at the work done by Allan on your jeep, i think it would advice you to leave the colour choice to him rather than confusing yourself with other people's choice of colour. I think you should just tell him what short of colours you like and just leave it to Allan and i am sure he will not let you down. The out come of it might just blow you away. . I heard you wanted it orange but it you might be asked one Question always, Is that Allan's jeep you bought? so try and trade mark your choice of colour and you will really feel the difference. Try and keep your choice of colour between you and allan and suprise everyone here on the forum with the out come.

This is one Jeep which is going to be ALL GO & SOME SHOW !! Brilliant work. It has got it all - Power & looks, the tyres look great. Looking forward to seeing the funal outcome.

I liked the Blue Gypsy done by Allan - it looks like a mean machine & nice paint job. Any branches in Delhi ??

Cheers
