Need Evryones Opinion

Friends,

What do you all think about the White color of the MM550 - should I go for a shade of Green?

Some of my friends are suggesting Green color only - suitable for Jeeps. I am concerned about entering Cantonment areas of Hyderabad.

Sateesh, The jeep looks simple and humble. True skin. The colour is also good. As suggested by Vinod, retain white. What are the mods you bought up in your monster.

Guess the work was done very fast & it looks like a formula one pit stop, where all the work was done within two pages of a thread.

JC: would the final coat will be a glossy finish or a dull coat.

Har:Love the jeep you've posted.
Ramsagar, Yes I know i went bit fast by finishing the complete work in 2 pages in this thread eventhough the actual work took 4 months. The reason was 550 restoration was already completed and Siva was threatening me to complete the restroration thread asap or else he is going to post the final pics. So I had no choice.

The final finish is matt and not glossy.

Friends, there is an update. I have received the 550 finally. Thanks for Siva for driving it down for more than 1000 km frmo Chennai to my hometown. I was planning to goto Chennai and drive it down with Siva, But then Siva had to come to Trivandrum for another reason and he brought the 550 along with him.

Your jeep is looking great yar. How much did you pay for those tyres? Why only 4?

Thanks Vinod, So you are letting me in your team for next TPC. right?

Yes I got only 4 new tyres and now I am regretting. I thought there was one OK tyre among the ones which came with the 550 which I can use as spare tyre. But I think I made a mistake. I should have gone for 5 new ones.

Don't worry buddy. The 5th tyre is not really used. Me too in my 550 and the 3B bought only 4 tyres and whenever I get a flat, I temporarily use the spare.

Harjeev,You are right. Thats exactly what I thought when I decided to go for 4 tyres. . But now the only issue is the aesthtics. I mean the bald spare tyre doesnt suits the newly painted 550 with all new tyres. May be I will go for a spare wheel cover to hide it.

Raj, Dont worry,I will be back and hope to meet you soon in an OTR in chennai or anywhere in TN. Else we can meet up in Kerala, may be in Munnar or Waynad.
BTW- the 550 will be used it Waynad and mostly offroad on a daily basis. So for 550 everyday will be an OTR! but unfortunately not for me
