NO this is not a Safari snorkel head , this is a 100% desi snorkel

, Swastic_Viji fabricated the head and the rest was done in bombay.

Sory mate i dont have the colour code, but im sure it will look good on your Jonga.

Finally snorkel job done! looks neat and finished paint work.
Also apply paint mat black on grill of snorkel head.

for those who still looking for ex army jeeps.. i recetly spotted 2 of em at different places

first one is ex army spec.. parked near Mohammadi Auto Parts at Sion Kurla Road.. (LBS Road towards sion), Mmbai
another one looks ex army spec.. looks exactly like the army spec one with similar wheels and other stuff, but its white and black colored, i think that's ex IAF ( Indian Air Force), this one is parked near Kurla Bus Depot area, along with an ex-Army Shaktimaan Water tanker.. (the tanker look so sweet and restorable, and recently painted) lets hope some one rescues them.

I am not sure about IAF using MM550 (I just might be wrong, but in all my visits to Mayapuri I ahave seen IAF gypsys but never MM550)
The white colored MM550 might also belong to the MM550's used or given by the Army for UN Duty. Looks really nice

The White/Cream colored Jeeps were sold in a few numbers, I remember seeing a similar Jeep (2nd pic) with the Army regiment in Bhopal.

One of the most irritating part of the jeep was the tail gate bending and cracking with the weight of the tire . Got it beefed up. diy paint job
