@Parm:

Man you seem to have taken this very personally looking at the rapid fire you have been hurling at M&M. Relax mate. I think we will see the actual product soon. I am not a big fan of the Autoshow Thar Adventure either, but I will jump of a bridge into a dry river bed if this indeed makes it to production in India.

OT. Imagine, the Classic being rolled out exactly the way it left the market in terms of aesthetic coupled with a better motor to meet emission norms, priced less than 5L. I did say imagine. I am game. Here we go, wishing again.
i think M&M is trying to put Dabwali/Mayapuri market out of business!

Thats true buddy.Any JEEPER [of roader] needs is just a vehicle that can do what it should do without any fuss.

The Indian one will come very soon. With only the new [to India] frontend.

None of the RHD chassis [I believe just two] where not in a condition to be displayed at the show hence the LHD TAHR.

If its going to come, then at least its not going to come soon.

i have lost hope considering the time since we are discussing this in this thread.

and had it been even 50-60% complete, Mahindra would have displayed in Auto Expo, so things doesnt look too good.

God bless you and Preet Sarai... Have been silently following this thread and i finally see good news!!!

Anyways, the only good thing i liked about the concept were the rims.

I guess, it's time to put my classic on the block... or should i wait for the price and delivery dates to be announced?

Behram sir,

With due respect at least now, when the vehicle is shown at the expo you should break the silence, reveal the correct information about the differences between the show model, export and Indian version. It is required to clear the misunderstandings if any.
Hope of target customers(a major part of them) is being shattered now, as you can see.

Regards

Pranav

People put your anger away and watch the Thar caught testing scoop thread. Good times.

Regards

Pranav

Finally the wait of many aspirational buyers proved to be worth it. This vehicle can do magic, pricing would be crucial. If this is happening, Behram sir kudos to the efforts.

Pranav

Starting tomorrow I believe Behram will be standing in front of this Thar at the Autoexpo show. He should be able to explain all the confusion in person.
