That looks like something i would like for myself. What are the mods you have done to this car except the alloys and the wide tyres ?

thanks friends!

@jaggu bhai - its on pattom-kowdiar road.

@indro- nothing more than K&N intake and Automech Exhaust.
save our tigers, i like it. :-)

@karizma - those are lenso's. You can find this top colour in Suzuki Samurai. Here, people won't use all these colours. when we think about a soft top what comes to our mind is black, grey. So just added for a change.

Very nice looking Gypsy.

Could you post a picture of the side profile? Would get a better look at the softtop.

BTW, I liked the color of the softtop.

Cheers,

IMO, I won't go for a colour like that. Then again its a personal choice and I tend to go for the boring of colors like black, grey, dark-army-green (or maybe a lighted shade), camouflage.

Sandeep, the top looks awesome. I love the design!

Infact i have been looking around for a similar design throughout, but was not gutsy enough to get one done myself. Now that you have it, i may copy it (provided thats okay with you)

Also, purple is daring, i'll try RED

I'll PM you to help me with the details. Thanks!

Another ex-Army Restoration

Restoration by Amanpreet.

Would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the restoration done by Aman.

The Gypsy is a 1999 ex-Army coupled with 1.3 MPFi, AC, PS. It has a HT, which I have removed for the time being, but would go back for the monsoon season.

First impressions have been really good, however I am still getting used to driving a 4x4 after driving sedans all my life so far.

Congrats Ardy, you have an awesome drive there - be it your paint job, your engine or the powerful AC.

Enjoy your ride!
Cheers,

Ardy,

Can you please give me the details of the radiator in your Gypsy. Which car does it belong to and did you have to alter the intake and outlet (of radiator) to fit this in your Gypsy?

I am facing heating problems in my Gypsy. Your radiator seems to be bigger than the stock radiator.
