re: Maruti Gypsy Pictures

thanks guys, the tyres are silverstone extreme m/t they are made in Malaysia
i have done a 2" bodylift and a 2" spring lift with 2" extended shackles and the use of rear springs in the front to provide more comfort and flex.
It is setup mainly for rock crawling but this year i will be giving it a rebuild and setting up for desert style rallying, also taking out the 1.6 mpfi engine and fitting a g13bb engine to race in the 1.3 class.

cheers

Nope.. To me it looks like a LWB Maruti Gypsy.. Notice the gap from door to rear wheel and the rear overhang..

Not sure where, but I have seen this vehicle somewhere.
Did you manage to get a close look? Has the guy done any modification to the engine too?

the owner lives in sec-30 and wanted his gypsy to look like a hummer hx, which is a concept vehicle.

here is the inspiration.

Just yesterday i saw it being parked and yes in sector 30 only. Front still looks ok, but rear is pathetic. Obviously the owner would be having loads of money to spend like this! Btw, if i am not wrong, there was actually a white hummer standing just behind this in the parking lot.

The front looks neatly executed however the back side is a giveaway.

so true Kandisa, loads of money does make you do crazy things! thats why TBhp has a weird & wacky thread!

the owner lives on the main road of sec-30 on the same road as the entrance of the Ram Vihar!
