Not sure if I understand your question. Could you please elaborate further? If you are referring to the pre-delivery inspection from your end, there is not much to inspect for the Gypsy, being bare-bones as it is. Just make sure the 4WD lever is not engaged and all electricals are working fine.

The Gypsy King ST costed me 7.9x lac on-road in Bangalore. The Yokohama tyres costed me close to 30K for set of 5, some of which was recovered by selling the OE tyres on olx.

Hi Cool_Dube,

Could you please share Tyre show room details where you had purchased Yokohama tyres...

Hi Suresh,
Why not directly put your questions on the forum or put the list of work you would want to get done?
This would let everyone chip in with their feedback and suggestions rather than collecting this from each member individually.
Cheers,
Deepak

The place reminds me of Meppadi on the way to lantern stay , the trail is tough when wet and needed low range, I was a passenger in an MM540 driven by the caretaker of that place,an excellent driver.

Re: Maruti Gypsy Pictures

Very clean looking Gypsy,Sikkimese4X4, and a smart grey colour (#1465) !

Pls tell me, where did you source that front bumper, and how much did it cost ? It not only takes the standard Gypsy indicators+side lights, but also has holes cut for fogs. Have been planning to install such a bumper, but most aftermarket ones have non- standard lights, and manufacturers are not helpful about how and where to get them !

Re: Maruti Gypsy Pictures

Hi Everyone.

This is going to be my very post at Team BHP.
I would like to start my journey on this forum with a few pictures of my latest acquisition, 2005 Ex Army Maruti Gypsy King. It was purchased from Auto Attitudes in May 2020.
She has a few performance mods such as K&N air filter, header and bigger radiator with electronic fan.
Air conditioning has also been installed.
In the interior we have JBR recliner racing seats and a Blaupunkt music system.

And here are some pictures:

Hi Akash,

Congratulations on your acquisition. Wanted to know. Is the metal sheet welded to the footwell? What about the drain holes?
