Also, are you planning to get it re-registered in Karnataka? Finding invoice for a 1968 Willys is no joke.

BTW, i see a blower. Do you have an AC in it ? what blower is that. Looks small and compact.

Hi Sharat, i have placed the speakers (though they are the cheap ones, but quite audiable, the ones from SP Road) right under the dash fixed on the side inner walls.

Oh yes, i know, i was initially trying with Jammy itself and was also chcking with my contacts also. Finally i was able source it through a broker (but at a cost). Now the Karnataka road tax is paid and transfer of ownership is awaited to be complete.

it was a mighty huge obstacle that eventually I got over, now that just the tranfer is awaited, i can breathe a sigh of releaf.

But still keeping my fingers crossed till all the paper work is complete.

This is a A/c type fan for a Maruthi van, i guess. Please go through the thread by Tejas@perioimpl. will give you more insight.

i got this idea from Tejas@perioimpl from his thread and got it installed. i have not installed an A/c, its just a blower fan, gives a decent breeze at signals or when halted in traffic.

Dont worry it would just take about 4 to 6 Months time only . Yes not wrongly written 4 to 6 months 16 to 24 weeks .

I've tried it and finally with my relative being an RTO i was able to complete it in 4 months time with huge money for the other state RTO.

Raghu, what cast are you taking about for roll cage fabrication? i believe roll over bar is bent through a pipe bending machine mounted on a fixture, correct me if i am wrong

Yes. The pipes have to be bent using a pipe bending machine. I'm currently exploring the possibility of installing a six point roll over cage in my classic. I've done extensive research on this. I'll post more details on the roll over cage for jeeps thread.

Edit: raghu, a good exhaust guy should have a pipe bending machine.

I reckon you have a well secured spot for parking. And do not ever forget to remove the audio head unit.

And with the road tax paid, I am sure the KA police will be more than happy to wave you off. Those guys actually love and appreciate the people who have paid the road tax for out of state vehicle, seriously!

Still under design. I'm still researching the minimum gauge of pipe i can use. Otherwise the cage itself is getting heavy and is raising the center of gravity. I should have something ready on paper by the end of next week.
