I think your ride will look even better and meaner if you can replace the chrome front guard with guard thats finished in mat-black and one that sticks more tighter with the body.

Great pics. Never seen a soft top Gurkha before. Don't buy MRF SandGrips. Please get the Maxis Big Horn in 245/76/16 size. The overall diameter is very close to the diamter of the 7.50x16 tire. Overall, they will perform much better than the MRF Sandgrips/Apollo bullet tires. The MRF Sandrips cost about 2/3rds the price of the Maxis Big Horn, but they wear out in about 10,000 kms and you wont' have any grip.

Hi 4x4Addict,

I am not buying the sand grips, they will be swapped with the LT2000, that was the deal before I bought the Gurkha.

Personally would love to keep the LT2000, but HAVE to return them.

These are what you are recommendation
MT-762 Bighorn

Personally I love the Cooper Discover STT,
Cooper Tires - Discoverer STT - On/Off-Road Tires

Did see one in flesh at JC road Bangalore (15 inch) for Bro's Gypsy they were coated at 8.5K INR each.

Can some one post pics of a stock Gurkha ST, with its ST rolled up so we can see the roolcage

Cheers
Sunil

Sunil:

Cooper Discoverer is fine too. I didn't know they were available in India. The key is to make sure you don't loose any ground clearance due to smaller diameter tires. For 15 inch rims you need atleast 31x10.5x16 and for 16 inch rims try to get 245/75/16 or bigger. Anything less than these two sizes and you will loose ground clearance which is a big plus for the Gurkha.

Sorry for the OT. Two or three days back, I saw a Force vehicle, could be the Toofan/Cruiser, that is modified like a Mahindra Getaway. Looked good actually. This is in Bangalore, btw. Saw some where around Koramangala.
Is this a modified one or does Force Motors has a vehicle ready like this.
