AMEN! I sincerely hope that God answers your prayer. For these prayers to reach God there is a frequency band that you have to cross and AFAIK this band is opaque. Keeping my fingers crossed hoping, some good prevails.

Mahindra...Please Please make the front and rear track width uniform in 4x4. You have got few customers waiting.

I feel that an LX Scorpio with 4X4 makes more sense than the Bolero VLX 4WD as the pricing would end up being very close to each other.

Yeah, its actually quite possible for Mahindra to offer 4wd at every trim level, since people who want it will be willing to wait and thus not cause any inventory build up.

It benefits the dealers as they can sell a car without blocking any working capital.

I hope things are set to change. This is the company that listens, my hopes are alive! The real 4wd's are yet to arrive!

Frankly guys, I would have taken the LX 4WD if I could get it. I didn't go for the VLX cause I have too much moolah lying around but the price difference with SLX and VLX 4WD is only 60 which doesn't make any sense given that the SLX comes with 2.6 CRDe and no ABS for the 4x4 version.

I suspect this is because Mahindra makes 4x4 predominantly for export markets and hence exports will mostly be the VLX version.

There are export 4WD versions with 2.6 L engine, often exported to countries with less stringent emission norms.

Reading thru the list, the only thing that I would like to add to Vinod's wishlist is change of location of Catcon and Silencer in the underbody. With the removal of running board, that is the first part to become a casualty in even mild OTR-ing

Well there is a saying " Uparwale ki Maya, Kahin Dhoop Kahin Chaya"

So your guess is as good as mine. Actually even M&M doesn't know when its going to come out if at all.

this is only reason i never bought a Bolero, the difference in the front and rear tracks makes its look like a home made vehicle, kind of funny looking with the rear track smaller than front track!
