the colour is called 'heena green' it is a shade darker than olive green.
The metallic shade is superb garrett.Any idea how much will be estimated cost for painting alone? leave the tinkering aside

@garrett t16,
The jeep looks macho with those shoes.

Where did you source your alloys from and how much did they cost?
Will they fit gypsy bolt pattern?

Just came back from Akc and Examm !

it was crazy fun guys, cant wait to take the jeep on an Otr !

@satheesh- thanks buddy.
@ArunV- i think its 8-9K per tyre.
@Jassy1313- sure buddy will try tomorrow.
@joshguy-I think the paint-job goes to something like 25-30K.
@Amar82-Thanks to Allan and James i sourced the rims from pune,got them for 28K for a set of 5, they are 139-PCD so check if they will fit.

What seats are those? IMHO They look kinda out of place with the entire look of the jeep

Test drive.. without the steering?? I coulnt see the steering wheel in the picture then how come..

Just kidding, where are the pictures man, jeep looks absolutely beautiful. Why are you just posting the picture inside the workshop, you have taken it out for a test drive post those pics, jeep looks more beautiful with mud and dirt on it. All the best I am sure you must be restless abroad and mad to come back to take the delivery of the baby. Meanwhile ask your painter, mech to finish the polishing work, top work etc etc if pending.

congratulation on your new toy man! looks amazing but tail lights, rear numberplate and mudflaps spoils the look. you could have stick to the orignal MM440 taillights. its a personal openion though.

Garret; why? why those Bolero taillights! They just don't gel with the low-bonnet look.

If you want flush looking tail lamps, go for smoked older gen bolero tailights! IMO the best looks will come with a minimalist approach.

And what do you have on the second number plate on the rear?

Jeep looks great

But dont you think that those tyres look too big and out of place? Just my opinion.

Exactly my opinion. While your Jeep will turn heads, it would have done the same with smaller tires. It looks a little over the top. With such great commitment shown to turn out a quality product, a little understatement would have gone a long way.

Anyway, enjoy the Jeep and wishing you a niggle free ownership.

feels good to be back after so long.

@desmo buddy- cant wait to take it off-road !

@davis-i know that but trust me these are very comfortable seats, they have travel in the seats also(like suspension) like the old Japanese pajero. (have to take into consideration comfort as in monsoon and winter it is going to be my everyday drive)

@chanu-polishing done but soft top is left. drove 60Kms in 2 days without a roof and getting wet.
someone rightly said ''there is nothing in life like driving an open jeep''
P.S-wiring was going on so had removed the steering wheel.i took a test drive after it was finished.

@karizma9292-Thanks buddy !

@toms-smoking(painting them black) the rear tail-lights in a while so no issues if i remove the mudflaps,half the world behind me will get wet in dirty water

@josepeter- the other num-plate you are talking about is a wrongly placed sticker, will remove it.

@josh guy-the bigger the better (my approach)

@amartya-thanks buddy but i like the meaner look more than it looking cute.

anyways , heres a newer picture.

face blurred because its a friend sitting at the wheel.

definitely turns heads (every 8 out of 10 people have a second look)
