Re: monstAr version 1.3

Thanks buddy!! Yeah those lights are trade mark and this time I wanted to change it. This was copied from a friends car who got me into offroad scene but sadly he is not with us anymore so didn't want to change that one thing in my car. It is still a trade mark of all our cars.

Tire carrier was made locally in Mumbai from where I got the other work done. It costed approx 5k

Devang , the monstAr looks awesome bro , i hope its performing as good as it looks after some serious extensive mods .Are you going in for a different bumper for the winch . I like the rock sliders (very neat). Have you done anything to prevent axle wrap , if yes pics please.

monstAr gets a monster decal huh

Thank you buddy.
It performs really well but need to change front bumper. It doesnt let the car articulate fully. anyways I will have to change it to put a winch.

I have anti axel wrap

Re: monstAr version 1.3

Hi Pdev, I know it's a little late in the day for asking you this, but what was it about the MM550 that put you off and made you decide to go for a gypsy again?

Also, doesn't the carb-bowl overflow and drain out when the vehicle is at odd angles? You wouldn't have had this problem in a fuel-injected vehicle?

So far I never had any issues with gypsies. Used two of them and both were carb. 550 is a good Offroader but can't be used as a daily drive. Obstacle where you need torque 550 Is great but where you need momentum jeep puts you down. Gypsy with crawlers, diff lock and 1.6 motor is a dream machine for me.
