Baleno : The LOOKaLIKES

hello folks !!

Posting up a few pictures of my car and a friends baleno.
Been contemplating on this for quite sometime and this always took the back seat.

Its been over a year of swapping and changing and finally Nirvana. Thanks to the members here for suggestions to make the babe look appealing.

Just got new S-drives for my car and a new set of alloys.

Let the pic's do the talking.

One of the best looking baleno's(asthetically) I have seen .

Now who says the baleno's rear is sad (I am guilty)

Front grill's removed and custom made mesh. The one on the white baleno was hand made using the swifts mesh.

My baleno's front mesh was sourced by Rahul a.k.a mclaren1885.

Alloys

Cars parked side by side.

At the break of dawn

Specs on the cars.

My friend's baleno :

Tyres : Runs on Yoko's S-drive 195/55/R15
FFE : Custom made by Raj Hingorani. Kicks in at about 2500 rpm and from there on bliss.
Exhaust End Can: Custom made by Raj again.

Air -Filter : Stock Air filter from Baleno.
Interiors and seats : A pair of recaro's lying at home, needs to be fitted.
ICE : Stock ICE from MUL(This chap aint interested in ICE )

My car :

Tyres : Yoko's S-drive (205/50/R15)
FFE and end can : Remains same since we got it done together.

Air Filter : K&N Conical Filter (Installed a couple of months back).
ICE :
  • Pioneer 5850 HU
  • JBL compos 607c.
  • JBL GTO 937 Rear ovals.
  • Hifonics 12" Sub woofer in custom MDF box.
  • JBL CS 60.4 amp.
  • Volfenhag ZX-8100(2 channel 800Watts )
Thanks to Satya for this .

Oil change to Synthetic is due in a couple of days.

Too lazy to start different threads hence posting up everything on this thread.

I personally love this pic the most.

Thanks for your time chaps.

Alrite time for some rotten tomatoes and eggs. Bring 'em on .

White Baleno? I always thought White is not the right color for Baleno, then your pics make me think otherway. White alloys look great too.

And, don't tell me you changed tyres 'n' alloys for n'th time? Hats off- a true perfectionist

Neat pics! I like that white. But, have you widened some of the photo's? Reminds me of the Scorpio ad where they altered the stance of the car to make it look wider and more attractive.

Awesome pictorial Riju. How much did you pay Raj Hingorani for the FFE? A Baleno in Pune needs one badly.

hehehe I wont tell you that. It was just a swap to the lancer, traded off the lancers tyres and got new one's for the baleno.

rtech thanks and yes I have widened some of the pics.

moralfibre thanks mate. Raj charged us 6.5k.

jaggu you must see the white baleno is person. The pic dont do justice to the way the car looks.

Satya the white baleno has GC-II alloys from Lenso.

@moral: you beat me to it!

@rjstyles: I'm looking for a FFE for my baleno, but it has to be a muted system, well, atleast till about 3000 - 3500rpm..

I dont mind paying the extra transport cost from Bangy, but it should be a good system.. I'd really appreciate it if you could enqire and let me know.

cheers!

Riju, call me prejudiced, but i still prefer your car's looks to your friend's (I forgot his name, though).

Nice pics, buddy.
Next time you swap tyres and alloys, and wanna dump those, please remember a certain Johnson baby and his poor Ikon.

The white baleno looks HOT! Kudos to the chap for his taste in wheels.

Very nice compilation of pictures. Well shot and well presented. They make for good eye-candy.
