ICE setup in my Estilo - Kudos to blueraven

Hello Friends:

Finally after a long research in the ICE business.... I have got a great(atleast I feel it [] ) configuration for my Zen Estilo...

Thanks to Blueraven316 and his team for setting up the system with so much of attention and patience.

Following is my configuration:
1. Pioneer DEH-6950 HU
2. Front doors component speakers - EFX 6.5"
3. rear door coax. - JBL
4. JBL 60.4 amplifier
5. Hifonics 12" sub-woofer

All credit goes to Blueraven316 for the same who has given me lots of options that was fitting in my budget and out of that this thing worked out the best...

The team was very much professional in their work, the setup done was very clean and also I still have some boot space saved to keep the groceries and vegetables...

First song played was my all time favorite - Enigma.....

Will share the photos very soon......

Thank you Blueraven316 and his team....

Regarding the series, I dont know exactly. I left it completely on blueraven and i think he is a one guy you can blindly rely upon.
JBL is pushing it very smoothly... no problems....

Congrats Krato! I've listened to those efx components in Raven's Ikon and they sure do rock!

Enjoy the music! And yes, Raven's boys do a wonderful job!

That's not a brutus woofer, its a HF series woofer, it is capable of a lot more power that what the 60.4 can push, but that sub sounds pretty deep on a ported box, hence I suggested it to him, and keeping in mind a future upgrade it will not need a replacement even if the power goes up by 2.5 times.

Is putting 6x9s in that rear tiny window a good idea? Seems like the rear passengers are going to get some major hearing damage soon!!

As the Estilo comes with door mounting locations, wasn't it better to go for round speakers for the rears? The setup has a subwoofer, so a pair of 6.5" coaxials would have done the job na?

That is not a snap from the Estilo, its a snap from a Wagon R, had put it up just to show the HF series subwoofer.
When it comes to avoiding hearing damage, a lot can be acheived with tuning. Not every 6X9 speaker needs to be blaring loud if you know what I mean.

Oh! In case of WagonR, it's understandable. I was looking at the pic in my phone, hence I couldn't find out it was a WagonR. Sorry.

If there's a sub involved in a setup, then it is better to avoid 6X9s and go for 6.5inch round speakers. Yes, that's my preference.

There is no shop dude, I get the installs done from a freelancer who works for me per job basis. I like their fit and finish, but they need guidance with some finer stuff on the go, over all results come out decent.
