Finally got my set. Ordered Tuesday 4 March, delivered Friday the 7th.

I still have not got my LTD key chain set,

Order #100019423 (placed on March 3, 2014 9:27:14 PM IST)

Can I get the tacking number?
I got a mail on 4th march that its been shipped through DTDC but after that I do not have any information.

Hi Hemanth, did you e-mail the T-BHP support group. They are very helpful when it comes to tracking and delivering your shipment. A week went past after receiving the 1st e-mail from DTDC, but when highlighted, the support team sorted it out for me in less than 2 days !

I got the tracking number on my email from the TBHP support.

But here comes the sad part...the tracking number says that the packet is delivered today after noon!
My apartment security has not received it, nor has any of my family members who were at home the whole day.
The tracking number further says that its delivered to a person by name Hemanth (which is me)!!!

Till now I've ordered 4 sets and received only one of them.
The last time I ordered for fellow bhpian mnvvishwa it was to be delivered to my official address but I didn't get it at all.
Ironically one set in my current order was also for him.
I'm not superstitious but maybe I'll never order anything from TBHP for mnvvishwa

Anyways I'll follow up with DTDC tomorrow and let me see what happens.

I just took a look at this. It says it was delivered on 6th March (not sure where you saw it mention yesterday?).

We've asked for the "Proof of delivery" (signature) for what its worth.

We're on our way to moving to a new, much better courier provider, so fingers-crossed - hopefully that will end your 'bad luck' (or bypass the sketchy delivery guy who seems to be servicing your address)

I saw Thursday and didn't exactly look at the date

I was about to make this suggestion. Good that you are already working on it
Another sugestion from my side would be to issue the tracking number along with the shipment confirmation mail.
By this we don't need to wait till some issue crops up.

In between you have ordered BHP Stickers set for me and received it without any problem.
I think it's the problem with the DTDC, They don't even send the conformation message like in DHL or Blue dart.
My suggestion is to change the courier service from DTDC to Blue dart.

Hurray! I got my Key chains...FINALLY!
BHPians mnvvishwa, avinashsg, pumpy_raj, 5 of my colleagues who are non-member TBHP fans and I are a happy lot



Amazing support from the TBHP store support team.
Not just this order of 2 sets of LTD key chains, but one previous order of 1 set of TBHP key chain which was lost by the DTDC courier fellows was sent to me on Priority overnight shipment by another courier service provider.
The Store support team was continuously in touch with me and I was updated of everything from the time the package left Mumbai till It was delivered to my house.

Kudos to you guys


Off topic, but I got myself a personalised TBHP merchandise made from a embroidery vendor I know.


Apart from the LTD, I got my TBHP handle embroidered for the sake of exclusivity.
I was given a choice of black T-shirt as well, but I have too many black T-shirts already.

This will be my dress code for future TBHP meets!

They're back in stock. The store software does funny things sometimes. Give the page a refresh and you should be able to see them in stock.
