It's Team-BHP's 9th birthday and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to completely overhaul our engines!
Our brand-new home page retains Team-BHP's core colours of black, red, grey and white. The Team-BHP forum is an encyclopedia of information on the Indian automotive scene. Thus, our focus has been to develop a website
around the expansive forum. The community remains the soul of Team-BHP; our new site's objective is to make finding the most important information (
hottest threads, news, reviews, articles etc.) easy. We're going to make it simpler for you to keep yourself updated on the latest & the greatest; all you need to do is start off your Team-BHP visit with the home page. Our logo has also undergone a makeover. While retaining the same design theme, it's more
with the times now.
15.6 lakh visitors came to Team-BHP in January 2013. We hope all of you find value in our new design.

The life of Team-BHP is our Forum. With more than 1,000 new user-submitted threads a month, it's pretty easy for visitors to overlook some truly great discussions.
The '
Hot Threads' section of our new site provides a way to keep everyone updated on the forum's new topics. Each hand-selected thread has a thumbnail image and short description to make quick browsing of the latest hot threads easy. Better yet, you can filter the threads by choosing a category from the drop-down menu on the right. We've already got more than
2,600 Hot Threads listed, and will continue to add a couple of new ones daily.
Our fresh
News Section is all you need to stay updated with the Indian Car Scene. Only noteworthy developments will make their way here. And yes, you can expect the same unbiased & analytical style of reporting. While the home page lists the 6 most recent news items, you can catch up on older industry developments by clicking on the
"View All News" button. This'll take you to an index page that is sortable by brand and category.

There's plenty of info in our About Us section, both, for the first time visitor and the die-hard Team-BHP fan. See the slideshow in the overview section, browse profiles of Moderators, read about our History or look through some touching special moments. The 'Our Philosophy' tab highlights why sharing of information, creating high-quality content and truly accurate, unbiased reporting are things we hold close to our heart.

We've taken Road Safety up in a big way as our responsibility to members and readers alike. Thought provoking & informative articles on the best practices of safe driving in various conditions, and staying safe on our mean streets can be found in this dedicated section. In addition, we have 'Safety Tip' banners scattered across the site with useful tidbits of information. Please don't hesitate to share the advice found in this section with your family and friends!

Tech Stuff get well-deserved places on the new website. Our comprehensive articles have helped thousands of enthusiasts get the most out of their cars, and become better drivers too.
As helpful as the content was though, the old website's Advice section received a lot of complaints on the readability factor (i.e. white text on a black background). That's taken care of with the new, user-friendly display of articles.
Every News & Advice article has a button that lets you hop right over to the related forum thread:

Are you an avid Team-BHP reader, but not a member? Do you have some suggestions, criticisms or perhaps a useful scoop you wish to share anonymously?
Use our 'Contact Us' section to speak or share information with Team-BHP. There's an 'Advertise' tab too, and it makes it very clear that Team-BHP does not permit any ads from car manufacturers.
We've touched upon the high points here, and leave it to you to discover the rest. There are many thoughtful features that improve the user experience and help you stay connected to Indian Cars. For instance, every article has a link to the relevant forum discussion. After all, BHPian comments provide the
real value on any topic.
The Home Page also features a section for our popular Travelogue & Motorcycle threads. Soon, we'll be enabling weekly newsletters & RSS feeds.

right-hand-side of all website pages. The chosen cars are special in their own unique way.

Everything has got better. As a member we knew each and every corner of the forum, but the new look/presentation would entail the guests (which are huge in numbers) to access the super informative and interesting threads/discussions very easily.
Every thing is up-front!
A separate section for Road Safety is a super Idea. Also the news section would provide quick updates of the automotive world.

Wow! I was like 'did I type in the wrong URL' but realized immediately that its still the same Team-BHP in a brand new suit.
Still need to Explore/get used to the new theme but at the first Glance it did look pleasantly different.

Great work with a spanking new look. The site looks terrific. Pls accept my best wishes. Lets hope TBHP seems more and more new members and more and more interesting stuff to read and increase our knowledge.
