@GTO, @ Rehaan,

Is teambhp still on E2E networks? Has their service been good all this while (2014-2018)? I for one have not faced any issues whatsoever! Just trying to get the moderator's perspective.

Yep, we're still with E2E Networks which says a lot. Their infrastructure is top class. Top level things (e.g. server upgrade) are managed well because the seniors are looking over it. Lower level matters (small fixes or tickets) are poorly handled because the newer support staff simply doesn't have a clue as to what should be done. We always have to rope in the seniors to get work done.
