Got mine yesterday. I had ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. That's pretty fast. The size that generally fits me is large so had ordered an L size but I feel its too body hugging! Last hoodie was M size, being used by my brother. Thanks team. The quality is top-notch.

Could you please give us different text we can print? (The @ sign is fine, everything else seems to be a problem...)

Replied with another custom text and the order has been processed.

Has the delivery of personalized Hoodies started? Any color - black or white?
I know about the 2-10 working days timeline & batch printing but just curious after seeing quite a few delivery confirmations.
My order was made on 06-Dec 3.40 PM for 2 L size black & white personalized ones.

Ordered a customised one for me on 6th Dec at close to midnight! Wifey just did not allow to have my username "teemus" put on it so had to go ahead with my name itself "sumeet"; which is quite ok as the name is printed vertically and if read from top to bottom gives my username!

Anyway, I had made a payment by credit card and the payment was successful, still on the website it was showing "Awaiting Payment confirmation". This had me worryied and finally dropped a mail on 7th Dec evening to the TBHP support and within 8mins got a reply that it's a bug on the website and payment has indeed been confirmed!

Now the status shows "Awaiting Fulfillment". Getting impatient!

I received the hoodie today . I wholeheartedly thank Team-BHP for this hoodie. My special thanks to Rehaan for the awesome support here in the forum as well as through the mail for answering all our queries.

Here’s my short feedback about the hoodie:

Pros

• Exceptional Quality as the hoodie is really thick and ideally suited for winters.

• Very high quality zip and might be very well suited for rough use.

• Awesome style.

• Excellent color combination (White Color hood with Black zip/ Black letters for Team-BHP / Red color for the customized print). It actually increases the style quotient.

• Like the finer details. The red Team-BHP logo on the bottom of the hood and the 'Live to Drive' on the back of the hood.

Cons

• None

Concerns

The size L might not be for all. My shirt size is 40 (normal fit) for full sleeves and 42 (normal fit) for half sleeves. The hoodie is perfect and comfortable for me, but my friend who has the same shirt size as mine found it tight.

People who prefer L size cross-check with the Team-BHP store before ordering it.

Got mine 2 days back. The quality is very good. But i have noticed an issue when i used it while riding on the bike, there is no less to tighten up the hoodie. So while riding on the bike the hoodie is useless. Can we have the less for the hoodie please so it can be useful while riding bike in the cold climate?

Finally got my hoodies and actually I feel proud to wear a hoodie from team bhp. As always the hoodie is of great quality, but compared to last year's hoodie this is thinner.

By the time I figured out that my old login did not migrate to the new system and created a new login in the evening, all "XL" for black custom name were sold out.
When is it expected to come back "in stock" ? Eagerly awaiting

Ordered customized hoodie on 7th morning and got it today. Great quality. Thanks to Rehaan and the entire team behind this effort. My shirt size is 39-40 and I had a feeling that L might be a little oversize. But it is perfect. Haven't had a better fit ever from either an online or a store purchase.
