I pre ordered the hoodie on the 23rd , going by the experiences if others I am assuming that I should get mine by the 9th or 10th of January

Finally got the package late last evening. I received the tracking number after sending a note to the T-BHP store and found that the package was sitting at my local post office since Friday last week. Since it was the Christmas holidays I got it delivered only yesterday.

As many have mentioned here on the forum the quality of material, the prints, the stitching, the fit, every thing is just what you would expect from T-BHP - EXCEPTIONAL! I got this as a surprise gift for my son and he loved it. Thanks team for making this happen.

@ Rehaan, I noticed at the back of the hoodie runs a stray stitch in white. Not sure if its just by accident as I could not find any issues on the inside. I have sent a note to the store id with pictures. Could you kindly have a look at this. May be to be passed on to the QA guys as well.

Finally got the E-mail i was desperately waiting for...that my Hoodie is Packed and Ready to Ship...
I had placed the order on 22nd Dec.
Assuming that it ships from Mumbai, it should be in Pune in a day or two max.

I had ordered a M size hoodie as a gift for my elder brother. It was delivered just now but the Live to Drive on the arm is missing. I had placed order for it. That's sad. Can anything be done now?

I received my black zippered hoodie on 31-12-2015. The quality is fine but I think there is something wrong with the size of the garment. I ordered the "XL" size but it is more tight than the size "L" as I compared it with the White zippered hoodie I ordered before.
I request for a fresh piece. Please let me know how to go about the same.

Got my Hoodie yesterday on New Year's Eve which is also co-incidentally the date when i got my Ritzy home 3 Yrs. ago...

Coming to the Hoodie, the Design, Printing, Material and Feel is Awesome.
Sizing is where i feel it's not that right.
I ordered a XL and it just about fits me right in Slim Fit Mode.
After i put on the Zipper, there is barely any space to move my Tummy...

Again, it can be taken as inspiration to shed some Kgs.

Posting Pics of my Hoodie and also posting a Pic of my current Puma Hoodie which is of L Size for comparison sake. Wifey will be using the Puma one from now on.

Anyways, very Happy with my Team BHP Hoodie which i can flaunt proudly.

I made an order yesterday, the transaction timed out , however money was deducted. I had to order it once again (another order#) and the 2nd attempt went through.
I have written to "shop-at-team-bhp-dot-com" to refund the amount from the first try - however I have not heard back.

Have any of you faced this issue ? Is there someone I can directly contact, to ensure that refund happens ?

^^ faced such a scenario multiple times, never had to take an action. Money gets refunded within 24 hours at the max, so chill.
Incase it doesn't and the payment has indeed happened twice, am sure tbhp mods will have it sorted over pm.

Finally got my hoodie that I was waiting for almost a month. I am elated to say the least and the hoodie is a perfect fit. The styling and finish is top notch. I am loving it.

Dear Mods could you please look into my issue of my hoodie lying with FedEX chennai office since Jan1st. What is all the more frustrating is, I call up Fedex customer care everytime and they agree to deliver it the same day but no delivery takes place in spite of the fact that I have given the detailed address and my location is in the heart of chennai!
