It seems you ordered right after a print batch was completed; meaning that you unfortunately had to wait the full cycle before the next print batch. We always try to minimize the print-cycle time, but this one extended to the full length due to the just-launched Hoodies. Sorry about that long wait!

I checked your order ID and it was shipped out yesterday. It's scheduled to be delivered today (or tomorrow).

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

Honestly the lack of clarity & testing for most of these masks leaves me a little concerned. (eg. it would be like us selling a motorbike helmet, but without any crash testing).

However, no doubt these masks are now going to be a regular part of our lives -- so will keep my eyes open for ways to make this a possibility (with the assurance of it being a trustworthy product).
