Always, here, they do duty in kitchen too, and in bathroom, and as hand and bath towels. I have been an absolute microfibre fanboy for over twenty years, and, except for the traditional cotton towels my wife likes to use for washing, there is no cotton cloth, towel, not even much rag, here that is not microfibre.

And what do I now find out? We MF fanboys, are, apparently, among the new environmental demons. Whenever we wash our beloved cloths and towels, lots of micro particles of the plastic (polyester, I think?) they are made from ends up in the sea.

Just when we think we're doing something right, it turns out to be wrong. Can't win

Any specific brand which you can recommend? We have it for kitchen cleaning but that is too small to clean up my car

I use a micro fibre cloth as a towel to wipe myself dry after a shower.

There are other threads with specific microfibre conversation, but I don't worry much about brand. My had towels were super cheap and are at least a decade old

We are using microfiber cloth for regular cleaning activity in our house since last 3-4 years. We donot have regular cleaning cloth anymore. For Diwali pooja too we used microfiber cloth
