I feel privileged that I got a membership to this forum. This is my first post !!! It feels wise, learned to be part of such a hardworking and enthusiastic community. I would definitely work for the betterment of this site, make it more popular and whatever it takes to ensure motoring in India is not just about vrooming around ! I thank and wish all the members of this forum for having enriched my knowledge on motoring even before I became a member - feels truly GOOD !

Happy Birthday Team-BHP.
Though a newbie here I feel I can do my bit here - not only ask for reference from experts or reviews from members but share my fair bit regarding my experience behind the wheels of many a car. And i sincerely hope that India's auto boffins (read management of the top manufacturers) do consult the forums regularly to understand the true pulse of India.

Yes going forward the nano too can be a big hit - because low cost and "mileage kya hai" (what's the FE) often decides the fate of the car in the market. But lil by lil that mindset is changing - we want a refined drive, safety features and the list is long.

No we are not the Indian customer who wanted to get around from poiunt A-B period (though that segment will stay) - we want an experience. And I am sure Team BHP can help the bosses who have got their phDs and other degrees from the top schools but somehow lost the pulse of the customer and the true motorhead.

Keep it revving Team BHPians and drive safe
