I had done my previous car (Punto Evo) body work done at Pride Cars when it was still in Banashankari.

The work done was good and reasonably priced.

There was color mismatch of the doors and when i pointed it out to harish, he got it fixed without any additional cost

For the first time in 9 years, I had given my yearly service to Pride Cars instead of Vecto Motors. The odo reading was at 86000kms when i did the service in Aug 2018. I got the EGR cleaned during service along with the other regular items. The bill was around Rs.9K which was a relief after paying >Rs.30K to Vecto in the previous two services.

After service, I have driven more than 4K Kms along with a couple of long drives.Car is behaving wonderfully well so far.

Do they use all standard FIAT parts - like filters, oils etc?

The problem with Vecto (and now even True Sai) is the fake items they add to the bill - which is really irritating to say the least to fight it out every time. And even then they sneak in small items into the bill.

They showed me the spares before getting it replaced and all has the same FCA sticker on top of them which we usually get when ordering through 99rpm.com. I went for the fully synthetic shell oil change this time. I was shown the sealed Shell oil container and even given back the unused oil for replenishment later if needed.

There was a knocking sound on the front suspension after a drive to Gokarna and Harish upfront said he suspects the tie rod and if damaged, he can use a replacement part from Maruti Suzuki (Swift) which has exactly the same dimensions and strength. However, it was just a loose screw and hence mine did not require replacement.

Based on my dealing with Harish, he looks trust worthy.

Hi guys
Do they service Honda cars?
I own a brio.

I'm tired of giving to the useless Honda A.s.s who are technically inept

I had a very good experience with Pride cars. About two weeks back, I had taken my mom's 3 year old Alto K10 AMT (17,000 on the odo) for periodic service. As the warranty was almost expiring, decided to try FNG as I knew I wouldn't get a good service from Maruti ASS.

Another reason I chose Pride cars was that my uncle's Brio was serviced there only recently and that gave me enough confidence to go there. Brio had gone for periodic service plus some body work and overall, my uncle was satisfied with the job done. I too drove the car and it didn't feel like a 7 year old Brio.

Coming to my experience, I had called Mr. Harish to enqire about timings and when I reached there, his partner, Mr Sharath, personally greeted all the customers. I was asked to mention the problems I had with the car and a visual inspection followed. Immedialtely, 2-3 mechanics were assigned to my car and the process began seamlessly. Since it was just a regular service, everything was over in no time and was taken for a test drive, followed by cleaning. Finished the payment and I didn't expect any discount nor did I ask for any, as I felt there were no hidden charges and was out in 3 hours flat.
Mr Sharath came across as a very knowledgeable person and was answering my questions patiently.
Overall, I am happy with their service and would recommend anyone living nearby to where it's located. Car came back better than what it was before serciving and I am happy.
