After a lot of research, I decided to get the plunge into ceramic coating for my new Toyota Fortuner. I got reference of Esperto Car Care from multiple friends. I also saw a team-bhpian sivadas has done the ceramic coating from Ojus for his skoda VRS (red colour). They have tie-ups with BMW, Audi showrooms as well. Overall the experience was excellent and Ojus was responsive to all my queries via call & whatsapp.

I took the appointment approximately a week in advance and already aligned on the delivery date time (required 2 full days). He insisted to get the car detailed immediately after delivery and I agreed. I asked the showroom guys not to do a polish during delivery so that they don’t create swirl marks :).
The car was delivered on exact date and time as per the initial agreement. During the work in progress he shared pictures and videos which was so nice!

What I Liked
1) Neat and clean premise
2) Separate wash and detailing space
3) Detailing room is closed room with glass doors (always closed) to protect from dust
4) Open and clear communication, Responsive to calls & whatsapp
5) Sufficient space to park the car
