@Zulfi, IIRC there have been complaints about that bunk.

The BP petrol bunk near BP Wadia Road / Krishnarao Park seems quite decent. Only hitch is if you go around 9:30 in the night you may encounter lot of buses filling up here.

I have used 2 IOCL bunks regularly over the last 6+ yrs and found both of them to be consistent on quality. First one is on outer ring road in HSR layout. Its less than 0.5 km from Agara junction towards Silk board on the left hand side on ORR

Second bunk is on old airport rd, less than 1 km from Marathahalli towards HAL airport on the left hand side after brand factory.

@Raghu, is this bunk selling Diesel also now ? Or is it only petrol at this time ?
(The diesel was in the front pumps, which were affected by the metro work).

Rule of thumb: Go to any bunk where you see a lot of cabs, busses & trucks going regularly. For the amount of fuel these guys consume, they will stick to a bunk where the fuel quality & quantity is good.

My vote also goes for IOCL COCO located between Udupi Garden Signal and Jayadeva Flyover.

Every single drop of diesel in my car has come from this pump including when i did a Bangalore Vellore Pondi dash and back without refiling and got more than 20 KMPL mileage on the Laura Diesel.

BP pump bang opposite Manipal hospital is pretty decent -

Further down the road is Madhu Enterprises IOC pump , which should be avoided at any cost.

IOC outlet near passport office , BP pump near Vellara junction are major champions in volume manipulations.

Yes they have pump for Diesel too! 1 for petrol and one for Diesel!

They are cheats!! My colleague nearly got into a scrap with them but decided not to because of political connections the pump owner might have ... I think they threatened to send goons after him or something when things got ugly.

Contrary to what one sees at most bunks, I have found the attendents at this IOC bunk in Banashankari opp the bus stand to be an exception. One incident: I filled some diesel on my way to the railway station in the morning, but was pre-occupied and did not collect about 500/- from the attendent. Went back when returning home, and asked the attendent. He said he was not sure, but asked me to come back the next day (so that he can tally his cash at the end of his shift). There was no point fighting with him, esp with the factual way he responded - and hence I went home. I returned the next day and asked him - and I was actually pleasantly surprised when he gave me back the money - and did not even ask me for a tip.

I am using this IOC to filling up on my Aveo and Activa from last 3+ years. So far in my experience i didn't face any problems, consistent mileage i am getting on both the vehicles.
Most of the times i am going there on Saturday / Sunday morning, when it 's not crowded much.

The Shell pumps do not have the facility for PUC, right?

I need to get one done for my Corsa, is the one at the HP pump (trusted pump in front of Knightbridge, BEML layout) good?
