That's the same bunk I was referring to. Oh Yes, you are right; it's HP bunk. The elevated pumps help in reducing vehicular congestion. Just opposite to Thyagaraj Nagar police station there is one BP pump. This bunk is always crowded because there are no other alternative bunks between TR Nagar, Banashankari 2nd stage and Kumaraswamy layout. Though the service is good and they don't try to cheat you I was somehow not getting good mileage whenever I used to fill my car with Diesel from them. Someone else can try this bunk too.

Saw that a new Shell pump is coming near Bellandur.
Location is opp to Salarpuria Softzone on the service road. Looks like it should be operational in another 3-4 weeks.

Yes I am; It was open for public on Friday (12/20) evening; I was there (though I didnt fill for my 2 wheeler).

Ok, thanks for the update. While driving down on Friday afternoon noticed petrol tanker stationed inside the bunk, however on checking the bunk was not opened. That was the reason I asked if you were sure. Anyway, hope finally a reliable bunk between KR Puram and silk board.

Around Kagadasapura -
BP bunk opposite to Indiranagar traffic station.
BP bunk opposite to Manipal hospital.
HP bunk near to GTRE / Bagamane tech park entry though not prefered by me has mixed reviews on the forum.

Do note that Shell diesels costs almost as same as petrol's

Thanks guys. I am a Shell petrol customer but this query is for a friend and he prefers PSU diesel. Any reviews about the HP bunk just after Kartiknagar flyover? I used to fill petrol their and it was good.

is there a thread for 24 hour petrol bunks here? I'm not able to search for "24 hour petrol bunks" on TBHP as the site says "24" is too short or something like that.

A well maintained list of 24/7 bunks would be useful in case of mid-night emergencies.

The BP bunk beside Sagar Automobiles near Krishna Rao Park in Basavanagudi operates 24/7. The bunk's name is Park View Filling Station as far as I know. The location is here

Not sure if it is open 24 hours, however has seen the BP Opposite to Manipal hospital on HAL airport road open around 11.30 PM and also early mornings ~ 03.30 AM.
