Super reasonable rates and "doorstep service" is very convenient. Do I have to give the car keys to him? How long does he take to do the interior/exterior work?

Do you have any BEFORE & AFTER pics?

you do not need to give the car keys to them, just leave the car unlocked , they will do the rest.
The entire job takes around 3 hours.

By the way, the mention pressure washing. How do they do this? Because, I am not sure how they source the water, for instance, apartments like mine, prohibit using external taps to hose down the car. almost all apartments I guess.

Even if they get their own water supply, it may create a mess, which the society office may not allow? How do they deal with this

they get their own water , in containers and bosch pressure washer.
if your car is already washed in case of most apartments, they will skip that.
Or else they will do it outside.
Our apartment has dedicated car wash bay.

Where and how do you clean your car in your apartment?

Tried to contact them on Saturday but heard that one of their team members was hurt seriously in an accident and that they were temporarily stopping their operations.

Does anyone have any update do this?

Just tried reaching them, they didn't pick the call but they have sent an SMS stating medical problem, and would revert back after 3days.

Had the same experience and they were polite and decent to send SMS and hope their colleague will get well soon.

Do they wash car underbody during door-step service? If yes, how do they that?
I am concerned about the underbody because that is the portion which is deprived of frequent washes / care.
