A good Actor friend of mine forwarded me these remarkable photos of some of Hollywood's great Stars with their cars. A remarkable collection of photos.
Unfortunately the model and year are not included.

For those who have the Turner Classic Movie channel, i'm sure you will see some of these famous Actors.

Now where did I see these pictures recently? I think it was a forward. And there were more.
Now we should get photos of Indian stars of yesteryear and their cars.
The Hollywood stars had such fantastic cars, and the cars are still known by their names, like Cark Gable Duesenberg, etc.

I had forwarded the email to some car buffs a few days back. I thought of you, but not having your email hoped some BHP members would forward them to you as I figped you could add some additional info on the year and model.

Also thought it would be a good new thered for Indian Movie Stars with their Cars, but being a part timer here, didn't have the knowledge.

Noticed a change in designation on some of the cars, Phaeton to Roadster to Convertible. Interesting how the terminology has changed. We used to call them "Rag Tops" when I was a kid.

Here's my all time favourite of the 30's, the 1934 Ford Model 40 Special Speedster that was designed by and built for Edsel Ford's personal use. While he might not have been a "Movie Star" he certainly helped their Stars Shine!

in the first set of photos, fatty arbuckle is the third, not second photo. this pierce cost him over 25000 dollars in 1919. it was fitted with a hidden bar.
Roscoe "fatty" Arbuckle was the first actor to earn more than a million dollars a year. he also owned a Mc Farlen

Here's a great shot of one of my favourite actor, Gary Grant and a early 1950s British Isetta similar to one that I had at University. What a great Car.
