See the scooter, a Lambretta?

Yes, looks like an early LD Lambretta.

Here's some old family photos that I have posted elswhere but this seems a good place to re-post them.

The first two photos are early 20's in Winnipeg Canada, second one is taken in the realllllly cold winters out there which can reach -40c. Notice the hood blanket, much like the ones I see around here keeping the poor dogs warm in our "cold" +10c winter! The yonge man driving is my Grandfather.

The other must 1931 just before my G.G. Grandfather passed away.

Here's the cover of the 1915 Ford Times monthly edition.
Hopefully I can reduce the size of the photo and post more of this great Mag.
of Henry's.

Didn't reduce!
I've got an apple, can anyone guide me to down size some of my photos?

Here's a cropped shot of a 1915 "T" dressed up for Halloween.

Two more cropped photos!

The first photo of kids being driven to school, was taken in 1915 in Dawson City, the heart of the Klondike Gold Rush of the 1890s where thousands of men flocked to find riches in the gold fields in northern British Columbia.

My Great Grandfather spent 8 years near Dawson City and while not really striking it rich, came back a wealthy man. The second photo was taken when he was there visiting an Indian village.

Here's an articule of how durable and dependable Henry's Model Ts were way back in 1915!

Will have to load the photo on next posting!

Here's the article.
I tried to post two 1/2 pages and it would take.

This is a nice very ornate building probably in Leipzig, formerly in East Germany. But at that time, probably around 1930 looking at that bus, there was only one Germany. Anyone can identify the building? Does it still exist?

P.S. The colour pics above of Morris and restorations, specs and data etc. do not fit in this thread. Here we post pictures taken abroad, having some vehicles, in black and white, and a long while ago.

In 1968, a girl from Pune, Shernaz Masani, stayed with a family in Swirtzerland. There she was given a scrapbook with pictures of her "family" and their outings. This "family" had a Beetle, fitted with accessories in the form of a roof carrier and ski racks on the engine lid.
Car was sturdy enough for a kid to sit on the roof.

From a set of old postcards was this of Rome, Via dell'imperia.
I see lots of Fiats.
See, I have not blanked the number plates:D

This may be in UK looking at the registration numbers. Two Standards, so thought of posting for standard fans. This may have been a nurse?
At the back it says "in Wrexham", google says such a place exists in Wales.

Picture post cards:
Sun Ya La Hotel, Kowloon, Hongkong (then under British rule). The red top Pontons may have been taxis .

This is a picture from Aden, which was almost an Indian colony. Lots of Parsis and Gujus where there, I believe that Dhirubhai Ambani also started from there.
And see how the chinese were already selling "Novelties" at that time. Maybe less of plastic though:D.
I am not sure about the car, first I thought Fiat, now not so sure.

Cheers harit

Its not a Fiat more likely the Ford V8
