There are a couple of Nashes in India, one or two of them are Ambassadors too.
There are a few of the late thirties nashes around too, one was recently acquired by the Titus collection

Here is the Hillman Minx story till the Phase Three model beautifully described. The author's reference to the American designer hired by Billy Rootes to design the Phase Three is news. The 1930's Studebaker designer Raymond Loewy was hired and hence the author cites the similarity between the Phase Three and the late 1930's Studebaker model looks. The late 1940's Studebaker Champion has affinities frontal look wise, with the Minx Phase Three. The other fact is that the Rootes Group used the same 4 cyl, side valve 1185cc engine from 1931 (Minx Phase One) till the early 1950's.This engine was designed in the late 1920's.It was however mated to a newer 4 speed gearbox in 1939.
