Now my dealer assures me its a November manufacture. While buying I had put a condition that I don't want a previously manufactured car.

Is this way of confirming 100% correct? Also, can there be logistical differences in the dates? I mean the dealer has sent me a Production Confirmation email that says its 'Production Date' as 28th November, 2013.

Also, please let me know if there is any way of physically confirming this with the dealer. My dealer says its a 28th November 'Production Date' and has sent me a confirmation email.
Problem is, my vehicle is arriving today (Friday) and is scheduled to go to RTO on Saturday morning. I want to clear this issue before it gets registered in my name.
